Ingredients:
1 cup Millet Flour1/2 cup soy flour1/2 cup corn meal1 tablespoon baking powder1/4 teaspoon salt1 1/2 cups water2 teaspoons canola oil

| Instructions: |
| Combine all the dry ingredients in a medium-size bowl.
Mix all liquid ingredients in another bowl.
Mix liquid ingredients into dry ingredients.
Drop by 1/4 cupfulls onto lightly greased griddle, turning only once. |
