Happy #seasonalsaturday! What better way to celebrate that AND small business Saturday than with a dish from our own soil? We have an alarmingly simply side dish that showcases cauliflower from @naturalearthfarms in Calverton, NY.
toss 1 head of cauliflower (cut into florets) with onion, thyme, garlic, and olive oil. Season with salt & pepper to taste and roast for 35 - 40 minutes at 425, tossing occasionally to make sure everything cooks evenly. Toss with parmesan and cook for an additional 10 - 12 minutes & ENJOY!
