Our friends @primalkitchenfoods make some of the most transparent, clean pantry staples on the market. There’s options that are paleo, dairy-free, and always refined sugar free. We partnered up to make a recipe as clean as their products, while sticking to something that is kid friendly for an easy weeknight dinner!

Make these paleo chicken tenders next time you want to elevate a household staple:

INGREDIENTS
* 2 pounds chicken breast tenderloins
* 1 cup milk of choice
* 1/2 cup tapioca flour/starch
* 1 cup almond flour
* 1 tbsp coconut flour
* 1 tsp garlic powder
* 1/2 tsp onion powder
* 1/2 tsp paprika
* 1 tsp italian seasoning
* 1 tsp salt
* 1/4 tsp black pepper
* Primal Kitchen avocado oil spray, as needed
* Primal Kitchen Ketchup, to serve

METHOD
1. Preheat oven to 400F
2. Place milk in a samll bowl, tapioca in a second bowl and almond flour in a third bowl.
3. To the almond flour add the coconut flour and all remaining seasonings.
4. Line a large baking tray with parchment paper.
5. Bread the tenders by coating a piece of chicken in the starch, then dip it in the milk, then in the almond flour breadcrumbs. Once coated place on the lined baking tray and repeat with the remaining chicken pieces.
6. Spray the tenders lightly with oil and bake for 10 minutes. Flip the tenders, spray the other side lightly with oil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
7. Turn the oven to broil and bake the tenders for an additional 5-10 minutes, flipping as needed so the coating crisps up.
8. Remove from the oven, let cool and serve with Primal Kitchen Ketchup or other condiments, as desired. Enjoy!
