Containing only four ingredients, you will be able to whip this recipe together in no time. Perfect for a side dish to your next dinner or holiday party - we promise you will love it! Using Primal Kitchen's Avocado Mayo, your mashed cauliflower will be nice and creamy, all while remaining paleo approved!

1 large head of cauliflower
2 tbsp. ghee
2 tbsp. paleo mayo
S&P to taste
- Steam cauliflower for approximately 15 - 20 minutes, until very tender.
- Get as much water out of the cauliflower and transfer to food processor or blender.
- Add in ghee, mayo, and S&P and blend! You can scrape down the sides if you need to.
- Serve immediately. You can add a dollop of ghee and extra spices to your liking! ENJOY!
