CHIA PUDDING

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup milk (you can use dairy or dairy-free)

1/3 cup chia seeds

2 tbps. maple syrup or honey

1/2 tsp. vanilla 

 

Instructions

  1. Mix milk, maple syrup, and vanilla in a jar.
  2. Whisk in chia seeds.
  3. Cover your jar with a lid and let chill for at least 4 hours. Many times we like to let our pudding chill overnight. 
  4. Top with your favorite fruit or nuts and ENJOY!
