CASHEW CREAM CHEESE

Ingredients

2 cups raw cashews, soaked in hot water for 1 hour until soft (if you can soak them overnight that's even better!). 

1/4 cup lemon juice

3 tbsp. water

2 tbsp. coconut oil

 

Instructions

  1. Drain your cashews after they've been soaking. Add the cashews and the remaining ingredients into a food processor or high powered blender. Blend until smooth!
  2. Use your cream cheese or store it in the fridge for one week. ENJOY!
