Word on the street is that turmeric has tons of healing and anti-inflammatory properties. We wanted to branch out of the usual turmeric latte and try a new recipe that is filled with goodness. Meet coconut turmeric balls!

Inflammation is a word that we hear all the time. We commonly understand it when we injure ourselves and get swollen. However, inflammation is also a root cause of many other health issues like –

Cardiovascular disease, Inability to lose weight, Chronic pain, Join aching/pain, Headaches and migraines, Autoimmune disease, Acid reflux, and MORE!

While that can be daunting and scary, we have the resources to combat inflammation within our bodies. Changing things like your diet, reducing stress, taking care of injuries, and limited the amount of processed foods we take in can all contribute to reducing inflammation. Turmeric contains NATURAL agents that help to aid in anti-inflammation. Instead of reaching for over-the-counter medicines to treat inflammation, turmeric is a solution that will not interfere with your immune system like other medicines. These balls are a perfect way to reduce inflammation proactively as a part of your every day diet. We hope you enjoy these treats!
