It’s time for another manic Monday!

Some days, we are just so busy that we barely have a moment to think. That’s when recipes like these banana energy bites become life savers!

We absolutely love grab-n-go snacks that are tasty while also filling enough to give us energy throughout the day. Take these bites with you when you are a busy bee and you will be good to go! By making them ahead, you leave out all of the fuss of cooking when you need them.

Oh and did we mention they’re vegan? What could be better!

Ingredients:

2 overripe bananas

1 1/4 cup gluten free rolled oats

2/3 cup hemp seeds

1/4 cup sunflower butter

2 tbsp. chia seeds

2 tbsp. coconut oil (melted)

1 tbsp. ground flaxseed

3 tbsp. allergen friendly chocolate chips

pinch of sea salt

Β
