We are all about quick recipes this week. Things that we can put together quickly and that go well with just about anything else you make during the week.

This chipotle turmeric aioli is the PERFECT addition to just about any meal. Not only do you get delicious, spicy flavors from the chipotle powders. You also get anti-inflammatory benefits from adding in turmeric! Put this paleo-friendly aioli on burgers, dip veggies, smear on sandwiches – anything you want! 

You can make this recipe with just a few ingredients and within 10 minutes. Be patient while blending the ingredients to ensure a thick and fluffy aioli.


1 cup olive oil

2 egg yolks

1 tbsp. lemon juice

1 tsp. turmeric

1/2 tsp. chipotle powder

S&P to taste



  1. Add egg yolks, lemon juice and spices to a blender and mix until creamy.
  2. While blender is still on, slowly pour olive oil through the top cap. Pouring in a thin stream, blend until your aioli thickens.
  3. Add to a small jar and keep in fridge with an air tight seal.
