Happy May everyone! We are starting a new month, so it’s time to start new intentions to make healthier choices each day.

One of our favorite ways to do just that is by opting for fruit when we are craving a sweet treat. Fruit has so many natural sugars along with antioxidants and other minerals that it is the perfect choice when you are looking for something a little sweeter.

For our first #meatlessmonday segment this month, we are sharing not one, but FOUR ways to make fruit salad. Each of these salads can serve anywhere from 4 – 5 people, so they are large enough for the whole family or perfect for a week full of packable snacks for work or school.

The dressing for each is the same – 3 tbsp. of lime juice mixed with 1 tbsp. maple syrup. You can opt out of the dressing if you don’t want to add any additional sweetness to your fruit salad – the choice is completely yours!

We hope you enjoy!
