We are excited to share a healthy, paleo alternative to mashed potatoes this week! Just as creamy and tasty, you won’t even be able to tell the difference! Consider it the latest installment of 101 ways to cook cauliflower – we just can’t get enough!

Containing only four ingredients, you will be able to whip this recipe together in no time. Perfect for a side dish to your next dinner or holiday party – we promise you will love it! Using Primal Kitchen’s Avocado Mayo, your mashed cauliflower will be nice and creamy, all while remaining paleo approved!

1 large head of cauliflower

2 tbsp. ghee

2 tbsp. paleo mayo

S&P to taste



  1. Steam cauliflower for approximately 15 – 20 minutes, until very tender.
  2. Get as much water out of the cauliflower and transfer to food processor or blender.
  3. Add in ghee, mayo, and S&P and blend! You can scrape down the sides if you need to.
  4. Serve immediately. You can add a dollop of ghee and extra spices to your liking! ENJOY!
