They’re made with just a few ingredients and pack a nutritious punch from all the goodness that sweet potatoes contain.
These are honestly the real deal. They have just enough crunch from a light fry, they’re packed with flavor, AND they are the perfect size for a quick bite-sized snack. You really can’t go wrong here.
Want to make them vegan? Just substitute the egg for a flax egg (Mix 1 tbsp. flaxseed meal with 3 tbsp. water and let sit for at least 15 minutes). Finish this recipe off with the perfect sauce to dip your tots in. We made a spicy mayo with Primal Kitchen’s paleo-friendly mayo and hot sauce.
