Tonight is one of those nights where we’d much rather order take out instead of cooking. You know those nights where you just want something fast and with no hassle so you can cozy up with a book or watch your favorite show? Yeah, those nights.

But instead of reaching for the nearest take out menu, we’ve cooked up a recipe that is INCREDIBLY simple. Scary simple, actually. It takes three ingredients. Three. And only about 10 minutes of active cooking time.

Seriously, this paleo recipe is by far the easiest one out there. You will just have to trust us on this one. This will be a recurring favorite at our house. We hope it is with you, too!

Ingredients:

1 lb. skinless, chicken breasts

2 tbsp. taco seasoning

1/4 cup lime juice

Β

Instructions:

  1. Mix together the taco seasoning and lime juice in a large bowl.
  2. Add chicken and mix well to coat all parts of each breast. Let the chicken marinate for 30 minutes or longer, depending on how much time you have.
  3. Cook chicken on medium high heat on your stove top OR grill until cooked through. Should be about 5 minutes each side. Set aside and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  4. Slice it up, and dig in!
