This paleo recipe is sure to be one of your go-to dishes to make when you’re strapped for time or just don’t have many ingredients on hand. And feel free to spice up these meat balls in whatever way you like best!
1 package of ground turkey
1/4 cup of flax meal (simply grind flaxseeds in your high powered blender)
2 tbsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. pepper
- Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Grease a cupcake pan with melted coconut oil.
- Mix all ingredient in a medium sized bowl. Using your hands, roll a large tablespoon of the mixture into a ball and place in the pan.
- After all 12 meatballs are placed in the pan, bake for 45 minutes.
- Let rest for 5 minutes, then dig in!
