- No artificial ingredients of any kind, this includes flavors, colors, preservatives, sweeteners, and ingredients produced using genetic engineering. No GMO’s. All products are either Certified Organic, Non-GMO Project Verified, or Independently researched by the store to establish they are Non-GMO
- No High Fructose Corn Syrup.
- No “Inhumane” Meats. All animal products must be either/or: Certified Organic (requires a level of human treatment to be certified), no added hormones or antibiotics, certified Humane, Grass-fed or pastured (beef), vegetarian-fed (poultry), cage-free/open-air raised (poultry), wild & sustainably caught (seafood).
- 100% Organic Produce Department. The only exceptions are Turmeric (we will carry wild harvested when organic is unavailable), and young coconuts (we will only carry natural when organic is unavailable).
- Only the highest product quality of ingredients in our deli, which includes: 100% Non- GMO ingredients, 100% Organic Fruits & Vegetables, and absolutely no canola oil: everything is cooked in either olive or rice bran oil.
