Whip up this recipe any time of the day to fill you up with tasty and nutritious goodness.

This recipe is absolutely perfect to set up a build-your-own bowl with friends and family. Everything is invited! Top these bowls with whatever you fancy. The creaminess from the chia pudding goes perfectly with the crunch of granola and juiciness from the various fruits you top it with. Mix it up, and most importantly HAVE FUN with this recipe. Ingredients

3 cups organic nut milk

2/3 cup chia seeds

2 tsp. organic vanilla extract

1 cup bluberries

3 tbsp. coconut sugar

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients and transfer into your serving bowls (serves up to 4). Place in fridge to set up for at least 1 hour.
  2. Take out and top with whatever you like most!
