This casserole-style side dish is sure to wow everyone who has a taste. Ingredients

2 cups brussels sprouts, halved

2 tbsp. butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup flour

2 cups milk (feel free to substitute with a nut milk)

1 cup mild cheddar cheese, grated
