Regular toast is getting a makeover – so move over butter because we have some fun varieties of toast for you to try. These energizing toasts will kick start your tastebuds and your day!

We are going to be sharing four different types of toast that you can whip up during any time of the day really. They are a perfect change from a regular slice of toast with butter – and they will fill you with nutrients that taste good AND do good for your body. All of our variations are vegetarian or full vegan to support our plant-based food lovers. Happy Meatless Monday!

GOAT CHEESE + DATES + ALMONDS (vegetarian)

Spread 1 – 2 tbsp. of goat cheese on your slice of toast. Slice pitted dates and add on top. Top with whole or sliced almonds!

ALMOND CREAM CHEESE + BERRIES (vegan)

Top toast with 1 – 2 tbsp of cream cheese. Slice up fresh berries of your choice and add to your toast. 

BANANA + VEGAN CHOCOLATE CHIPS + PUFFED KAMUT + MAPLE SYRUP (vegan)

Cover toast with sliced banana. Top with chocolate chips and puffed kamut. Drizzle maple syrup on top and enjoy!

SMASHED BLACK BEAN + AVOCADO + TOMATO (vegan)

Smash approximately 2 tbsp. of black beans. Spread onto toast and top with sliced tomatoes and avocado.
