With the first major get together of the holiday season just around the corner (one week to be exact!), it can be hard to find time to make an elaborate dinner for the family, especially on a weeknight. But we are here to help you out!
This coconut lime chicken is a one-stop, ONE POT dish of deliciousness. On top of being insanely tasty, you can have this dish ready in under 45 minutes and you probably have the majority of the ingredients already in your kitchen. And by cooking this meal completely in one skillet, you save time cleaning up after you’ve enjoyed this filling meal with loved ones.
What gives this dish that perfect pop of flavor? Pacific free-range chicken stock, of course! This broth is rich and full of flavor – the perfect addition to this coconut lime sauce. The possibilities don’t stop there with this broth though. Use it for sauces, soups, stews or even drink it by itself when it’s cold out! It’s truly a must-have for your kitchen. And now, it’s on sale at the store, so you can stock up (see what we did there??).
